Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email, unless otherwise specified on the product page. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please note that there may be delays due to a high volume of orders or issues with the postal service that are beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
We currently do not offer free local deliveries.
In-store pickup
We currently do not offer In-store pickups.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the US.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@stardust.app with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes as our shipping partners require physical addresses.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shop@stardust.app as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will strive to find a satisfactory solution.
